I've spent 15+ years in product engineering leadership — building teams, shipping products, and figuring out how to make organizations actually work. Most recently I led product engineering at Fleet Vitals, and before that held engineering leadership roles across B2B SaaS and cloud infrastructure.
I'm a builder first. I still write code, I still architect systems, and I still care about the craft. That's what makes Humans and Agents different from most consulting shops — I'm not advising from a slide deck. I've done the work, and I know what it takes to get an engineering org running well.
I started this company because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart teams adopting AI tools without changing how they operate, then wondering why nothing got meaningfully better. The gap isn't technology. It's the operating model — how teams plan, build, test, ship, and learn. That's what I help fix.
